Golden Silence says
In the one link about black men, black women and harassment, I commented in response to one guy who claimed that black women were dismissive of brothas that it wasn’t a woman’s responsibility to say hi to men she didn’t know nor was it to uplift their bruised egos. This fool claimed that I’d end up “lonely” for not talking to strangers. Are you kidding me?!
And on the one about gaining weight, one guy chimed in saying that the woman was “driving a wedge between the brothas” by telling her story. I’d like men for once to stop butting in when women tell their stories. They also need to stop telling women how to react.
Don’t get me started on the comments on the Ines Sainz pieces…
