I love this new anti-street harassment video produced by Inés Ixierda. She wrote via email, “I am a Bolivian-American multimedia artist, educator and organizer in Oakland, California. I made this short film because the stories of people I knew who were responding to public harassment inspired me to respond in a way that left me feeling more empowered. I wanted to share some of those stories in the hope it would do the same for others.”
“A look at street harassment through the stories of Woman of Color and their strategies for self defense and self determination. Made by Inés Ixierda, a member of the Queer Women of Color Media Arts Project.”
